People on the level 2 NVQ in Sales can also consider on completion of the this programme working towards the level 3 NVQ in Sales.
To complete the level 2 NVQ in Sales, you must successfuly complete both mandatory units, as well as one unit from 'group B' and three units from 'group C'.
You will learn:
Mandatory Units:
- Managing and prioritising time for sales activities,
- Demostrate compliance with legal, regulatroy and ethical requirements for sales activities.
Group B Optional Units:
- Sell products or services face-to-face.
- Sell products or services over the telephone.
Group C Optional Units:
- Obtain and analyse sales-related information

- Manage your own personal and professional development in sales
- Sell products and services at fair trade, exhibitions and conferences
- Undertake sales demonstrations
- Generate and follow up sales leads
- Handle objections and sales leads
- Input and access data in your organisation's information systems

- Monitor the delivery of products
- Ensure health and safety requirements are met in your area of responsibility
