NVQ Level 2 Service And Maintenance

You will need to be conversant with a diverse range of systems including boilers, fuels, pumps, heat emmiters, heat exchangers, ventilation systems, air handling, chilled water systems, hot and cold systems, steam systems, LTHW, MTHW and HTHW.

You will have to demonstrate competent performance in the workplace although you may attend college to "top-up" or practice elements of your trade.

Assessment is mainly by practical demonstration of skills in the workplace. You will need to keep a portfolio of evidence as you work towards your qualification.
