Who is this qualification for?
This Workbased NVQ is available for those who are engaged in the Heating & Ventilating sector and wish to have their competencies assessed for certification purposes.

The Level 3 has been designed to cover people who are
· senior operatives employed as team leaders and first line managers who are responsible for carrying out industry based activities
· people who through training and development are extending their competences to take on additional responsibilities in both technical and managerial areas
· new employees who have undergone training and development and are now acquiring a more in depth knowledge and experience of the industry sectors.

Structure
There are four main pathways at NVQ Level 2 being made up of mandatory and optional units:

· Domestic installation
· Industrial & Commercial Installation
· Rectification of Systems
· Ductwork
