observe, monitor, record and report objectively on the health of the individuals they are supporting.

Who should attend?

Those who support individuals in a range of settings, residential, community
and supported living.

Proposed Learner Outcomes - The worker must be able to

• Understand monitoring of the health of individuals affected by health
conditions
• Be able to carry out observations of the health of individuals affected by
health conditions in a person centred way
• Be able to record and report on observations in an objective manner
• Be able to respond to changes in an individual’s condition and report as such
