  • I would like to take this opportunity to say a very big thank you to everyone (Jiten and Dharshana, particular) for the advice I received and for all their help in supporting me through the courses I have undertaken at the Centre. I started in 2014 and wanted to increase my confidence, speed and general proficiency in using Microsoft applications and have just recently passed my Microsoft Office Diploma with Distinction. The trainers, Dharshana and Jiten, are both extremely polite, knowledgeable and are keen to see the students do well. They are very patient and look for ways to break some of the tasks down so that it is less daunting to the student. Both they, as well as Alam and Sive, take pride in all they do; from ensuring that the students receive a robust induction, to preparing them thoroughly for any exams they need to sit. I have been so impressed with FCL College that I even recommended my mother also attend a course to build up her confidence using PCs – she also passed with Distinction! I have just embarked on a Diploma in Social Media for Business Strategy and am enjoying the training a great deal. It gives me a great buzz each week to come to class and see how I am improving. Thank you once again; keep up the great work!
