What I would highlight: Nothing
What could be improved: Deplorably I booked an Office 365 training with them. Customer service and correspondence is likely the most exceedingly terrible I have ever experienced. They did not inform anything concerning the course unless I have asked, they sent a virtual learning stage login subtle elements which was not applicable to our course. On the day they gave us a classroom with no web connection which implied, the coach couldnot begin the course as a large portion of the preparation would require internet. His answer was a 3G dongle which was completely crazy. After a short dialog he conceded this will not work and he can not convey the course and he offered to re-plan it for two weeks after the fact and affirm the area later (he said it will be some place in London). Nothing unexpected I did not get any call so I reached them two working days before the preparation expected to begin.
