Course review:

The OISC only permits an OISC Level 1 Adviser to make applications permitted within the Immigration Rules which are listed below.

  1. Asylum
  2. Applications for entry clearance, Leave to Enter or Further Leave to Remain
  3. Nationality and citizenship under UK law
  4. European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) immigration law

On this one day training course the trainer will prepare you to sit the OISC Level1 or LSC probationer exams. Once you pass these exams you will be eligible to make an application to regulate as an immigration advisor, for either an organisation or self-employed.
