TKT can be taken by:

Pre-service teachers
Teachers who wish to refresh their teaching knowlegde
Teachers who are moving to teaching English after teaching another subject
Native and non-native English speakers

You are 20+ years old
​You are B2-C1 user Upper intermediate/Advanced level (see our ESOL Advanced course) or
You are a trainee/experienced teacher.
You have access to a PC with fast internet connection. System requirements: Windows 7, 8, 10. Browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer. Accessibility: Desktop and mobile views are available
​You are IT literate (can browse and navigate through the learning platform, create, edit and submit documents and assessments, play/download audios/videos, use email and MS Office etc)
