Designed specifically for managers who are responsible for the operational areas within an organisation, this Level 5 apprenticeship will aid progression to management and leadership roles within your chosen field. Featuring a combination of hands-on experience and classroom learning to help you boost your skills while you work, the course will give you a greater understanding of an organisation's strategy as well as a range of other key areas including project and resource management, decision-making or mentoring.

By completing the Level 5, you could progress onto the final year of our Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) following a prior learning interview. On completion, you can also register as a full member with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
