Programme overview This Master's degree in organisational behaviour is aimed at those who wish to develop their understanding of people and organisations. You will gain a broad knowledge base in occupational psychology and organisational behaviour. The degree focuses on discussions of current research, with the aim of encouraging you to engage in critical thinking and reflect on theory and practice. You will also acquire basic applied research skills. We know you may be juggling many aspects of your life and need flexibility and understanding, so this course is available in a variety of formats. You can study full-time over 1 year or part-time over 2 years, coming into Birkbeck 2 to 3 evenings a week, or you can study part-time over 2 years via network-learning, which is a form of distance-learning with weekend workshops that you attend. You can also study this course full-time over 1 year via accelerated network-learning . Teaching and assessment Teaching Evening sessions normally take place on 2 evenings a week (6pm-9pm) for part-time, and up to 3 evenings a week for full-time students and involve both lectures and group work.
