The Objective of this course is to enable understudies to understand, identify and clearly define a problem/issue
Analyze and question data and information in a rigorous manner

Managing Change, Stress, and Innovation, Foundations of Individual and Group Behavior, Understanding Work Teams, Motivating and Rewarding Employees, Leadership and Trust, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Foundations of Control, Operations Management. and the student will Take an holistic approach to addressing issues facing an organization; understand and compensate for the effects of changes on all aspects of an organization.
