This course has been very good. I already work in the Health care setting but need to up my qualifications so I can do more in the future still with health care. I have learnt more and it has helped me along with my job and now my future. My tutor has been very good in response times and feedback and I would personally recommend others to do a course via distance learning as it is well worth it.

I've never known that Outlook has so many functions. I've only been using it for send and receiving mails and that's it. Now I can apply to my job with calendars, tasks, notes, etc. Caroline has been very approachable and patient with me. Thanks

The instructor was incredibly helpful, patient and enthusiastic. The materials provided were invaluable in helping me to revise at the end of the couse and the instructor really helped me along in pointing out things to look into and improve on.
