I've never known that Outlook has so many functions. I've only been using it for send and receiving mails and that's it. Now I can apply to my job with calendars, tasks, notes, etc. Caroline has been very approachable and patient with me. Thanks

The best thing about the course was that I could learn at my own speed and this constrained the worry of concentrating on. The best thing about the courses is the learning I have picked up, as well as the self-esteem and certainty.
