Course programme

The outdoor environment often means that the casualty has to be looked after for a longer timescale than is typical in a more urban setting, and this nationally recognised course is ideal for anyone who may have to deal with a serious first aid incident in a remote location, whether for work or leisure. The course covers the essentials of managing immediate, potentially life threatening incidents in a systematic manner. Learning is re-inforced with lots of practical, outdoor scenarios.

More interesting than most other first aid courses, this interactive and enjoyable course is delivered by HSE Approved professional trainers with lots of outdoor experience. Tutors use modern training methods and follow current UK and European best practice guidelines.

This nationally recognised ITC Level 2 Certificate in Outdoor First Aid is suitable to validate NGB outdoor activity instructor awards.
