The Health & Safety at Work Act (1974) HASWA states that it is the legal duty of employers to ensure the health, safety and welfare at work of all their employees so far as is reasonably practical. Selby College Business Services offers a full range of courses designed to help employers and employees meet this statutory requirement.

This course is intended for anyone at any level who requires knowledge of the first principles of health and safety in the workplace. The course covers health and safety at work, accidents and ill health, safety in the workplace and occupational health.
