Outlook

Objective: To give users a comprehensive knowledge of Outlook

Delegates: Maximum 8

This course is suitable for new or existing users of Outlook who need to get to grips with using the essentials of this electronic desktop information management system in a short space of time.

A basic understanding of Windows is required.

Delegate numbers are restricted to 8, to ensure personal attention from the trainer.


Structure: PC for every delegate

All pass training courses involve extensive hands-on activity including exercises that give participants practical experience of using Outlook’s tools.

Describe the role of Outlook in relation to a mail server, such as Microsoft Exchange

Compose a mail message by entering text

Use a mail template to compose a message
