More information
Description
The Oxford Society of Oral Implantology was inaugurated in October 2004.This event was marked by the creation of an annual comprehensive programme on implant and reconstructive surgery to be held in Oxford (UK) and Lille (France), extended over a period of one year. The one year certificate in Comprehensive Oral Implantology follows the guidelines of a leading French University with more than 20 years of internationally recognized teaching experience in implant dentistry. It takes the student beyond the teaching of routine mechanics of implant placement and standard restorative procedures. A meticulous basic science component related to implant and reconstructive surgery accompanies a closely integrated clinical chapter, guiding the student through all the intricate aspects of this medical discipline.
