Why should you use Aspire Europe?

Aspire Europe is an organisation dedicated to delivering change through programme management. We see this role as critical and understand the challenges faced by a programme office as we have provided consultants to fill these roles in the past.

We look at the tools and techniques that will be helpful day-today and identify areas where further development will help. In addition we will explore the different levels of engagement and other skills that will be required to support the programme office throughout the change life cycle of programmes and projects.

The course is a starting point for the professional development of Programme Management Office staff. Aspire Europe offer further accredited courses to continue this development.
