P3O® FOUNDATION

Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O®) has the purpose of providing applicable guidance across the board that will enable individuals and organisations to institute, develop and maintain relevant business support structures.

One of the benefits of the P3O® Foundation course is that senior management will be informed during decision making on areas such as strategy, prioritisation, risk management and optimisation of resources in order to favourably deliver objectives of the business.

The P3O® Foundation qualification ensures that the individual is equipped with the adequate knowledge and understanding of the P3O® guidance in order to productively collaborate with, or act as an enlightened member of an office with a P3O® model.
