Course description
This course provides an opportunity to gain a nationally recognised, vocationally specific qualification to enter employment in the IT sector. Unit 1 - Using ICT to Present Information - is designed to enable learners to understand the variety and purpose of different document types and how to present information effectively. Website Development introduces learners to the potential of the web and developing a basic website. Database (Access) and spreadsheet (Excel) basic principles of database design and practical skills to use spreadsheet software effectively.
