Course Details

This qualification is designed for those people who are employed within the food and/or Drink manufacturing sector. You will need to be performing a diverse range of food based manufacturing or processing tasks. The apprenticeship comprises the following qualifications (all must be achieved to atain the full apprenticeship): *Main Aim - NVQ Level 2 in Food Manufacturing *Technical Certificate - Level 2 Award in Food Manufacturing *Key Skills - Level 1 application of Number & Level 1 communication
