Course Details

This qualification is for Team leaderswho wish to develop their skills and knowledge further will benefit from this qualification. The course comprises of the following (All of which must be atained to complete the qualification): *Main Aim - NVQ level 2 in Team Leading (CMI) *Technical Certificate - Level 2 Award in Team Leading (ILM) *Key Skills - Level 1 in Application of Number & Level 2 in Communication

Qualifications required:
Participants will normally be either aspiring/practising team or cell leaders. There are no formal educational requirements but learners should have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.
