Students who successfully complete this course are awarded the Certificate in Personnel Practice by the CIPD which leads to associate membership.
Assessment
Students are required to demonstrate their competence in a variety of personnel modules by way of work based report, the completion of assignments and presentations (there are no formal traditional examinations).
