Course Description
The course is designed for those who are engaged in the delivery or administration of training and development, either wholly or as part of their work role.

The course is designed to be highly practical and participative, with the emphasis on:

Students who successfully complete this course are awarded the Certificate in Training Practice by the CIPD which leads to associate membership.
Assessment
Students are required to demonstrate their competence in a variety of modules by way of work based report, the completion of assignments and presentations (there are no formal traditional examinations).
