Course Description

Students who successfully complete this course are awarded the Certificate in Training Practice by the CIPD which leads to associate membership.

Assessment

Students are required to demonstrate their competence in a variety of modules by way of work based report, the completion of assignments and presentations (there are no formal traditional examinations).
