The V1 award â€" Conduct internal quality
assurance of the assessment process
replaces the D34 award. It is intended
for those who verify assessors of NVQ
qualifications. This unit is appropriate for you if your role involves: carrying out and evaluating internal assessment and quality
assurance systems, supporting a minimum
of 2 assessors, monitoring the quality
of assessors†performance and meeting
external quality assurance requirements. You will need the support of a qualified internal verifier at the centre. Following an
initial induction, the V1 award is delivered through flexible arrangements negotiated with the students.
