About this course
Although this is a level 1 course some IT experience would be preferred, also a basic level of English is required (ESOL level 3 or above).

Introduction
This course is aimed at beginners and concentrates on the use of Microsoft Access software. Your work in this module will be subject to a class-based assessment, leading to the OCR New CLAIT qualification in Databases. We offer this as a flexi-learn course which has full tutor support.

20 Hours Per Unit
Method of Study
This is a flexi-learn course which has hours allotted to it. These hours must be completed within a 10 week period and an assignment successfully completed at the end of the period of study to gain the qualification.
Progression
Once successfully completed, the candidate will have a choice of either completing another module within the level 1 group, or doing a level 2 (Clait Plus) in the same topic.
