Is this course for you
A good appraisal process will make a major contribution to any organisation achieving its goals. The organisation gives its constructive views on the individual and overall performance and the individual in turn says how well or otherwise they feel the organisation has helped them achieve this. The result should be excellent communication both up and down. However, this only works where the process is genuinely 2-way and where the individual really believes that his or her views matter and will be taken into account. This programme will enable participants to learn and apply tools and techniques, best practise and personal skills to achieving effective and productive appraisals and staff performance reviews. They will have ample opportunity to practise and refine these new skills during the event.
