Course Description
This course is designed to enable students who are working within a variety of HR management or related functions to acquire a wide range of skills with which to become more effective in their jobs. You will study
The HR function
Recruitment and selection
Interpersonal skills
The legal dimension and health and safety
Employee relations and pay systems
Training and development.
Assessment is by means of in-course assignments and a work-based project.
Please note that, in addition to the fees quoted on the fees page of this guide that are payable to the College, you will also be required to pay a registration fee to CIPD.
