11.30 – 12.00 Stress Management techniques (How to deal with staff who have a stress related illness)

12:00 – 13:00 Best Practice – Skills, Information, Behavioural Styles for dealing with Absenteeism (Dealing with specific models and techniques in absence management)

14:00 – 15:00 Company Policies and Procedures (legislative issues and how they work alongside your companies policies and procedures)

15:00 – 15:30 Returning to Work – interviewing and follow up (Effective interviewing, questioning, and listening skills)
