Course Content
A day exploring form and colour. See how artists have created images of trees from the delicate line and wash of Samuel Palmer and the brilliant colours of the Fauve painters to Gillian Carnegies thick impasto oils. Be inspired create your own interpretation through drawing and painting.
What you will achieve
You will be able to begin to experiment with different drawing and painting techniques to create images of trees.

One of our acrylic or oil painting courses or our pen and wash course.
What you need to bring
Any paints that you have, brushes, palette etc. Drawing kit pencils etc. Paper or canvas/ canvas board or board on which to paint, photographs of trees.
Other Costs
Some materials will be available, others at cost price for paper etc. Students need to arrive with a basic set of paints - 15 approx, brushes 3 5.
