Outline programme
ECDL Advanced is an intensive programme that awards Candidates with a higher-level certification. At the successful completion of 3 of the 4 modules the Candidates will receive the BCS Certificate for IT Users Level 3.

ECDL Advanced offers the following modules :

· Advanced Word Processing

· Advanced Spreadsheets

· Advanced Database

· Advanced Presentations

Certification is awarded for individual modules - candidates have to complete 3 of the 4 modules.

On completion of 4 modules Candidates will be certified as experts in the use of these applications.

How is the course organised?

The course is offered:

a) By self-study basis (distance learning). Candidates MUST attend the ICT Academy for the module test, and will be expected to complete each module within a 12 week period including test and a 4 week gap in between modules a-waiting the test result

The ICT Academy operates over the full year and candidates may join the programme at various times during the year.
