What qualifications will I need?
Minimum age 16. Interest and enthusiasm.

- Introduction to first aid
- Aims and rules of first aid
- First aid kits for animals
- Detecting signs and symptoms of poor health
- Common first aid emergencies and their treatment
- Common diseases affecting domestic pets and their treatment and prevention
What materials are required?
Writing materials. Protective overalls (when there is a practical element).
What is next?
Specialist Edexcel BTEC Units or other one'day tasters.
