What is the course about?
The course contains a variety of business modules with the basis upon Accountancy. The units include a Work-based Project. Professional Ethics, PDP and Employability Skills, Management Accounting. Management of Financial Resources, Drafting Financial Statements, Introduction to Auditing and Introduction to Taxation, Organisational Research. Quantitative Techniques for Management, Business Law. Business Environment and Management, Accounting for Decision Making. Business Taxation, Financial Reporting and Analysis

Will I need anything else?
A business calculator is all that is needed for the course

How long & often do I attend?
The full-time course is 15 hours a week over two and a half days and last for 2 years. The part-time programme runs two evenings a week for 3 years 6.00 - 9.00 pm

How will I be assessed?
Assessment is a mixture of examination and written assessment.

What opportunities will this lead to?
The course contains a variety of Business modules with emphasis upon Accountancy, Finance and Business. There is also progression into professional accountancy examinations with CIMA, ACCA and CIPFA
