The Garden Design NCFE Level 3 course aims to train and assess candidates in Garden Design to an advanced level.
It is particularly for gardeners wanting to expand into garden design, gardening enthusiasts and those seeking to start a small business in garden design.
The course focuses on developing a brief with a client and working within an agreed framework.
Assessment: You will receive continual assessment of completed portfolio and project work.
You must be prepared for six hours of homework per week!

Entry Requirements:
You must have any Level 1 qualification or must achieve Level 1 in Literacy in an assessment at the interview.

Progression and links:
Successful completion of this course could lead onto another Level 3 qualification or you may wish to study Horticulture at University.
Alternatively, you may wish to set up your own garden design business or seek senior positions within the Horticulture industry.

International tuition fees (per year) : 1,320
If you are under 19 on 31st August 2009 you do not have to pay Tuition Fees, the College Registration, Awarding Body Registration or Exam/Assessment Fees. However, you will have to pay any Resource Fees. Under 19s entering Higher Education will have to pay full costs.
