There is a comprehensive range of optional units including: managing your own resources and professional development; developing your personal networks; developing a strategic business plan for your organisation; managing risk; developing the culture of your organisation; promoting equality of opportunity and diversity in your organisation; leading, planning and implementing change; building your organisaiton's understanding of its market and customers.

Method of Assessment

All assessment takes place in the workplace. Assessment methods include observation of the candidate carrying out their role; witness testimony; physical evidence from the workplace; knowledge and understanding.

You will be allocated an assessor who will judge the evidence of your performance, knowledge and understanding against the untis of competence in order to determine whether your have demonstrated competence at this level.

Progression

Students completing this programme can, if they wish go onto further studies such as completion of an MBA Programme or a PhD.
