All assessment takes place in the workplace. Assessment methods include observation of the candidate carrying out their role; witness testimony; physical evidence from the workplace; knowledge and understanding.
You will be allocated an assessor who will judge the evidence of your performance, knowledge and understanding against the untis of competence in order to determine whether your have demonstrated competence at this level.
