This course provides the basic understanding required to enter the air travel industry.

IATA (International Air Transport Association) is a well recognised professional qualification.

The course will take you through airline geography including:

• IATA areas and sub-areas
• City, airport, country and state codes.
• Normal and special fare selection
• Mileage system
• Ticketing

An IATA qualified tutor will take you through the programme.

Assessment: You will be assessed by an external open book exam.
