INTRODUCTORY ECDL (ECDL ESSENTIALS)
Who is this course for?
ECDL Essentials forms part of the first common ICT skills course across Europe. Large companies and government are already using ECDL as the performance benchmark they expect from their employees. There are four modules in the course (1, 2, 3 and 7) which are: Basic concepts of IT, word processing, internet and email and managing files.
Certification is built around a log book which records your skill achievements in each of the four modules. Students must be successful in all four modules to achieve their ECDL Essentials.
Southern Regional College will provide opportunities for successful students to complete the additional three modules required to achieve the full ECDL qualification.
