Course Details

You will consider and understand the causes and prevention of food poisoning and the implementation of associated food hygiene regulations.

Qualifications required:
It would be helpful if you possess the Level 2 Award in Food Safety, or similar, and hold a supervisory position in industry, but neither is compulsory. This qualification is strongly recommended for those who supervise food handlers.

12 weeks or 4 days intensive and exam
