Qualifications required:
Level 3 Award in Food Safety or equivalent, or relevant experience and responsibility in the food industry at supervisory or management level.

Progression:
This is the highest qualification that you can achieve in Food Safety. You could go on to study the CIEH Professional Trainers Certificate, if you are interested in using the qualification to teach the Level 2 Award in Food Safety.
