Entry Requirements

Applicants must have a National Diploma in Construction, or National Certificate in Building Studies or, a Level 3 BTEC Diploma, or a Level 3 BTEC Subsidiary Diploma, or a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma, or NVQ Level 3 and/or Technical Certificate or 1 GCE ‘A’ Level, together with passes in at least 4 subjects at GCSE level including Mathematics, English and Science. Mature candidates with relevant industrial experience will be considered on merit.
