Course Details

This is an ideal qualification for those who wish to develop listening skills, also for candidates who wish to embark on a career in counselling. The certificate consists of 4 units: Firstly the NCFE Level 1 Interpersonal Skills course and then the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills which consists of: Unit 1 Applying counselling skills Unit 2 Evaluate and develop own work Unit 3 Counselling skills in context Assessment includes a short exam. It is a College requirement that students must achieve 80% attendance on their course.
