Course Details

This qualification is intended for the operational managers who: * Have operational responsibility for programmes and resources * Have a broad span of control * Are responsible for identifying and implementing change and quality improvements * Control budgets and contracts * Lead high level meetings

Qualifications required:
Participants will normally be either practising or aspiring senior managers. Although no previous formal qualifications are required to embark on the S/NVQ, participants will need to demonstrate management experience. There are no formal educational requirements but learners should have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.
