Content This course is intended for those who have a good knowledge of designing and implementing static websites, and wish to move onto dynamic data driven web applications. By the end of the course, students will be able to setup, configure and implement a PHP web site integrated with a MySQL database. The course content covers: The PHP language as a server scripting language; PHP syntax and structure; How to integrate PHP into web pages; Configuring MySQL databases using phpMyAdmin; Connecting to a MySQL database; Accessing a MySQL database to insert, update, delete and extract data.
