Is this course right for me?

This award has been designed to develop the skills and knowledge of Autodesk Inventor meeting the needs of a variety of industries that involves product design. You will design products using 2D and 3D design tools.

What will I be learning?

Available at Level 1 for new users, this involves following a process from sketching to final component design using 2D and 3D techniques that include, production and refinement of sketch, addition of features, assemblies, sizing and presentation.

How will I learn?

By attending College one evening a week you will learn through guided learning sessions which will include practical tasks and assessments.

What else might I want to know?

You will be required to complete a variety of assignments within your own time.

What can I do afterwards?

On completion of this Level 1 course, you may progress to Level 2 as appropriate.
