Course Description
The aim of the course is:
* To develop design work
* To develop practical skills and knowledge to produce three projects

The course includes:
* Design for craft an exploration of colour, line and mark making, and creating surface textures
* Creating an item of quilted patchwork, quilted appliqu and a set of samples
* A folder of work

The course also features visits to appropriate museums and exhibitions.


How is the Qualification Achieved ?
Continuous assessment.

On Successful Completion of this Course
Progress onto City and Guilds Level 2.
