The Course
Students will learn how to apply and monitor good hygiene practices, understand their role in the implementation of Food Safety Management Procedures, the importance of staff training and the need to comply with Food Safety Legislation.
The College has successfully run Food Hygiene courses for a number of years with excellent results. The course is available on the following date, or may be run on company premises for a maximum of 10 delegates. All charges quoted include tuition, course handbook and examination charge.
