Is this course right for me?

This award is intended for active qualified work-based assessors with a minimum one years assessing experience. You need to have access to an accredited NVQ Assessment Centre. The role will involve all quality assurance processes and systems.

What will I be learning?

You will cover evaluations of the internal assessment and quality assurance systems; supporting the assessors; performance and monitoring the quality of assessors; performance and meeting external quality assurance requirements.

How will I learn?

One-day workshop, plus tutorial over a year.

You may wish to undertake the City & Guilds 7303, Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning sector or the Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning sector.
