About the course:
Students follow a training programme which includes :
- IATA geography,
- itinerary planning,
- fares and ticketing,
- mileage systems.

All students will be provided with a Level 1 Airline Fares & Ticketing Training Manual to work through during the course and which they can refer to during the end of course exam. On successful completion of this course students will be awarded a Level 1 Airline Fares & Ticketing Certificate.

Please note that this course offers no concession rates and all students have to pay full fees

Assessment:
2.5 hour open book examination at the end of the course.

After the course:
You gain employment:
- in a retail travel agency
- in business travel
- for an airline
- have the option of progressing onto Virgin Atlantic Fares & Ticketing Level 2
