Course Description
A progression course to develop the skills of those applicants who already posses a level 3 qualification in body massage

Course Structure
You will cover units on the following treatments/areas:

• Assess the client and blend oils for aromatherapy
• Provide aromatherapy
• Demonstrate consultation skills for therapy assessments

You will also be required to complete a Level 2 Certificate in Health, Safety, Security and Employment Standards alongside your programme.

The course is assessed continually by the use of practical observations carried out on paying clients, written assignments and end of unit tests. Students will also be required to develop a portfolio of evidence.

It is a mandatory requirement of the course that all students purchase a professional kit, text book and uniform. Details of which will be provided upon acceptance onto the course.

Course Entry Requirements

• All learners will need to complete an application and interview prior to enrolling.
• Level 3 qualification in Body Massage
• Interview by a member of the holistic therapy teaching team
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Applicants must be willing to commit hours outside of class times to home study, research and completion of case studies
• Ability to provide paying clients for case studies & assessment opportunities
