Course Description: This course allows students to enhance and streamline their Web design workflow and learn to generate effective content, design layout, manage and deploy effective websites.

Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Image Ready will be used to generate and edit images for Web-based use; Adobe Illustrator to generate and edit vector/bitmap animation sequences; Macromedia Dreamweaver for layout and to develop and manage web sites and Macromedia Flash to generate and publish vector animations.

Entry Requirements : A good understanding of a computer operating system is essential (Mac/PC), as is a basic knowledge of bitmap image and vector illustration software. A rudimentary understanding of Web page construction would be advantageous.
